I had a fantastic two-night stay at Kumonoue Fuji Hotel in the Deluxe Room with a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. The room was immaculate and offered a great view, although I think some tree trimming would make it even better. The Japanese breakfast was lovely, especially with my vegetarian request accommodated, though it might not suit picky eaters. On the downside, the location is quite secluded, and I had to rely on taxis to explore more of the area.
